Verah
Verah builds AI for tradespeople, turning voice notes from the job site into structured quote drafts and reducing time spent on administration.
For investors
East Sea works hands-on with a growing set of early-stage technology companies across the Nordics and Baltics. From time to time we make warm introductions — to family offices, funds and experienced angel syndicates — for companies in our network that are raising external capital. Quietly, on the founder's terms.

NeX3 is building a protocol for programmable intellectual property — registration, verification and atomic settlement for an agentic economy where AI systems are both producers and consumers.

Access Pass is building a next-generation ticketing platform that verifies ticket authenticity on the blockchain, giving fans, artists, arenas and organisers a more secure and transparent experience.

Localia Fastigheter acquires, develops and manages industrial, warehouse and logistics properties in geographically attractive areas — close to its tenants and in collaboration with them.
What we offer
Pre-seed and seed companies we have already met, often invested in, and in many cases supported operationally on legal, finance or AI. Not a list — selective, occasional introductions when there is a real fit.
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We know the founders, the law firms, the local instruments and the rhythm of rounds in each market.
We are happy to participate as an operational angel alongside larger institutional capital, and to support follow-on rounds where we already know the company well.
Who we talk to
We work with a deliberately narrow set of capital partners who share our preference for substance over noise.
How it works
01
A first conversation about your mandate — stage, geography, sector preferences, ticket sizes and what you find genuinely useful in a deal.
02
We hold the conversation in mind as we work with our portfolio. No databases, no broadcast lists, no constant noise.
03
When a company in our network is raising and there is a real match with your mandate — and the founder agrees — we make a focused, warm introduction.
Discretion
We do not publish a complete portfolio, share collections of logos, or forward decks unsolicited. Any introduction happens only with the founder's explicit consent and in a form that protects both sides. This page is the start of a conversation, not a marketplace.
